Mods: Changed the edge fringe from somewhat testicular looking bobbles to chain loops.
Time served: About a week if you count the two days I was without yarn and the 36 hours it took for this thing to dry. A better prepared crocheter could make this in 4 days.
I love this thing. It will grace the end of my bed once the laundry is done and put away. It will be draped over the back of the sofa when I knit and pulled around my shoulders at night. I'll throw it on over my perfectly teal coat and wear it about on the coldest days and I'll take it to campfires, car trips and beyond.
