That crocosmia is gorgeous!

Jan

What is the pretty red flower? Sort of looks like a lily in later photo.

Cookie

Think of the stories that boy will have when he gets home. Plus you don't have to worry about him clubbing his nights away. He's not going anywhere with all those HostWomenFolk watching him.

That tent! Those crazy neighbor people!

Love the birdie.

It's great to hear that #1 son is better.

Is that tent for the block party?

Yowza.

Joy

Great news about the boy, and the flowers are sooo pretty! I'm sure the view will improve eventually :)

Nora

At least the tent has walls.

So glad the boy is doing better - really, how bad can it be surrounded by young German girls watching the Simpsons? I love that!

Carrie

Yeah, I'm thinking someone's having a reception in their backyard. Maybe they want to put in a pool and they're killing off the grass first? Who knows.
Glad to hear #1 is doing well-er. I'm sure he'll be regaling friends with the tales of German Simpsons and Host Girl's friends when he gets back.
I dunno what pushing in means. Maybe "diving in"? Like he didn't start out giving them enough work to do?

marianne

So glad to hear the good news about your boy! I had to giggle about the phone call, my #1 son rarely thinks to say 'goodbye'..
Flowers are gorgeous, love the pink and red but those white hollyhocks just blow me away, like snowballs, I'd like some snowballs right now.
That tent. Those neighbors. sheesh. and it does look wedding-ish. I wanted to faint at the cost.
Photo of Robin is exceptional.

Angie

I'm glad the boy is feeling better! Lovely garden photos. Looks like a wedding tent!

Alison

1200- per day would buy a lot of yarn. Just sayin.
I think the bird is better backyard company.

Stacey

Can I have the cashola they're spending on the tent? Please? :D I swear, I wouldn't be a bad neighbor with it.

Good news about the boy bird and his wing.

xoxo

Glad to hear #1 son is doing better. Now you can breathe. And wow. THAT is a tent. Interesting is the word.

kmkat

1. All your worrying and fretting paid off. #1 son is doing well :-)

B. Who spends five grand to have a palatial tent on their back lawn? Maybe they are getting a discount?

III. The robin is hilarious!
